Nothing Outsourced: Inside the Complete KRYO KUBE Ecosystem

One team. One system. From the chamber on our factory floor to the booking that fills your calendar — every piece comes from us.

Ask anyone who has fitted out a recovery space and they'll tell you the same story. The equipment came from one supplier. A separate contractor turned up to install it. The booking system was a subscription bolted on from somewhere else entirely. And when something needed servicing, the first job was working out whose problem it actually was.

We built KRYO KUBE to end that. Every stage of owning a KRYO KUBE — the chamber, the installation, the handover, the software that runs it, the system that books it, and the servicing that keeps it running — is designed, delivered and supported in-house by our own team. Nothing is outsourced. Nothing is handballed.

Here's what that ecosystem actually looks like, from the day you order to the day you're taking your thousandth booking.

The Chamber

It starts with the machine itself. KRYO KUBE chambers are 100% electric and nitrogen-free — no gas cylinders, no refrigerant handling, no venting, no consumables to reorder. They run from a standard Australian 10A single-phase wall outlet, the same one you'd plug a kettle into, and cool to −120°C for short, controlled two-to-three-minute sessions.

Five models cover every setting, from a compact residential unit through to bespoke commercial and showroom finishes, so the chamber fits the room instead of the room bending around the chamber.

Installed by Our Own Team

We don't hand your install to a third-party contractor who has never seen the product before. Our own team delivers and installs every chamber. They know exactly how it should be positioned, powered, levelled and tested, because they work with these units every day.

That means a cleaner install, fewer surprises, and one team that owns the outcome from the moment the chamber leaves our floor.

The White-Glove Handover

An installed chamber isn't a finished job — a running business is. Before we leave, we configure everything for you: the chamber is set up, the control tablet is connected to your Wi-Fi, your site is configured, and the whole system is tested end to end on your actual hardware.

We walk your staff through running a session so the first customer through the door feels like the hundredth. You're not handed a box and a manual. You're handed a working, ready-to-trade recovery room.

The Smart Control App — Running All Day, Every Day

Every KRYO KUBE runs on our own purpose-built control app on the in-room tablet. From one screen your staff run the full session: a countdown timer with voice announcements, lighting and ambience control, fan control, and integrated music — all in one place, designed around how a session actually runs rather than a generic remote.

Every session is logged automatically, with export on demand, so you always have a clean record of what your room is doing. It's built to run all day, every day, in a real commercial environment.

The Booking System

The newest piece of the ecosystem closes the loop between the chamber and your customer. Our booking system lets clients see your availability across the day and secure a session, with pricing you control, a full calendar of session slots, and an admin panel that puts your business name, your prices and your available times entirely in your hands.

It's not a generic third-party booking plugin you have to wrestle into shape. It's built for exactly one thing: filling KRYO KUBE sessions.

Servicing & Warranty — All In-House

And when the chamber is installed, running and booking, we're still the ones who look after it. Servicing and warranty are handled entirely by our own team — the same people who built and installed the unit.

That means a scheduled 12-month service to keep every chamber running at its best, backed by a full 24-month all-inclusive warranty, a 48-hour service response, and national coverage across Australia. One team. One number. No working out whose fault it is.

One Partner, Start to Finish

Most recovery businesses are stitched together from a manufacturer, an installer, a software vendor and a service company who have never spoken to each other. A KRYO KUBE is one ecosystem, built and supported by one team, from the chamber on our factory floor to the booking that fills your calendar.

Nothing outsourced. Nothing handballed. Just a recovery business that works — and a team who owns every part of it.
