1. Warranty Coverage
This is an all-inclusive, two (2) year limited warranty covering all components of the KRYO KUBE Electric Cryotherapy Chamber (the "Product"). During the Warranty Period,
KRYO KUBE PTY LTD
(the "Warrantor") warrants that the Product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service.
This warranty covers the repair or replacement of any component found to be defective. All parts and labor, expenses for service personnel required to address a covered defect will be borne by the Warrantor.
2. Support and Service Guarantee
The Warrantor guarantees a support and service response within twenty-four (24) hours of a reported issue. This includes acknowledgment of the support request and, if necessary, the dispatch of a qualified service technician. The goal is to minimise any downtime and ensure the continued optimal performance of your cryotherapy chamber.
3. All-Inclusive Service Schedule
To maintain the validity of this warranty, the following mandatory service schedule must be adhered to:
Initial Service Check: A comprehensive check will be performed at the time of installation.
12-Month Service: A preventative maintenance service will be performed on or around the twelve (12) month anniversary of the purchase date. This service includes:
Full system diagnostics and software updates.
Inspection and cleaning of all mechanical and electrical components.
Verification of all safety and emergency features.
Inspection of the chamber's insulation and seals.
General calibration and performance tuning.
Service costs will be provided closer to the service date.
The Warrantor will contact the customer to schedule this service. Failure to allow the Warrantor to perform this service may void the warranty.
4. Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accident, or improper operation.
Damage caused by unauthorized modifications, repairs, or service.
Damaged caused from over heating in an unvented room or space.
Damage from external causes such as power surges, lightning, or other acts of nature.
Consumable items that require routine replacement, such as filters (if applicable), unless a defect in material or workmanship causes premature failure.
Cosmetic damage, including scratches, dents, or chipping, that does not affect the functionality of the Product.
The use of the Product with accessories or components not authorised by the Warrantor.
Movement or relocation of the Product unless performed by the Warrantor's expert install team.
5. Claims Process
